1. Delivery Overview
We aim to deliver your Sportbaby goods as quickly and securely as possible, whilst keeping costs low. All packages are sent via Royal Mail Standard 48 hour/2nd Class within the UK. International Tracked or Signed via Airmail for all International orders.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your item within one working day of your order being placed. From despatch, the estimated standard delivery times (as per Royal Mail's delivery schedule) are as follows:
- UK - 2 - 3 working days
- Europe - 3 - 5 working days
- BFPO - 3 - 5 working days
- Rest of World - 5 - 7 working days
- Express Delivery - Next working day*
Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
*Express Delivery - Express Delivery is available at an additional cost (see Shipping Costs below) using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. This guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day* (Monday - Friday only). Orders must be placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday to guarantee we have enough time to process the order and despatch it to you.
Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday deliveries of their Special Delivery Service, although they will try their best to accommodate. However, any Express orders placed on a Friday are not guaranteed to be delivered until Monday.

3. Shipping Costs
- UK Standard delivery - FREE (2nd Class Service)
- Express delivery (Mon-Fri only) - £7.95
- European Standard delivery - £9.95
- British Forces Post Office (BFPO) - FREE
- International Signed For via Airmail - £14.95 (see section 5 International Delivery for Terms and Conditions)
4. International Delivery
Our international delivery costs are based on a maximum weight of 1kg. This will be sufficient to cover most typical orders of 3-4 items. However, should the weight of the package exceed 1kg then we reserve the right to increase the delivery charge accordingly. In the event that this occurs we will contact you prior to despatching the item.
Our international orders are despatched on a duty unpaid basis. Please be aware that recipients outside of the European Union may have to pay import duty or other taxes relevant to that country. Please check with the relevant authorities of the country in question before placing an order.
5.1 Cooling off period
You have the right to return the product (in it's original state with all tags attached) within 14 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund including any standard delivery postage charges that were made at the time of purchase. If you paid extra for express delivery, you will only be refunded the standard delivery charge (£3.00). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 0114 3216114 as soon as possible quoting your order number. Providing the order has not already been despatched we will make any changes requested. However, if the order has already been processed this will not be possible, in this instance please follow the normal returns procedure.
5.3 Unwanted Products - Refund or Exchange
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packaging and all tags attached within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please pop the original despatch note in and advise us what you wish to do and the reason for return.
5.4 Sale Items
Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt and will qualify for an exchange only. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair or compensation where the goods are faulty.
5.5 Faulty/Not as Described Items
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately on 0114 3216114 or email us at email@example.com. Please note, we will only refund the original postage costs if the total order you are returning is faulty.
5.6 How to Return an Item
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any postage costs incurred by the customer when returning items to us.
